Srinagar: A Bangladesh national was on Monday evening apprehended for investigation in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district, an official said.
The official told news agency JKNS that this evening, the army apprehended an individual Arman Hussain, son of Mohd Repun Mayon, hailing from Narsundy Dhaka in Bangladesh at TCP Chowkibal.
“After briefly holding the apprehended person for questioning, the army later handed over the person to Police Station Kralpora, where he continues to remain in custody” the official added.
The actual reason to apprehend the individual remains unknown as of now. (JKNS)
