Pune: The 1st edition of the Cambodia-India Joint Table Top Exercise, CINBAX-I 2024, is underway at the Foreign Training Node, Pune, from 1st to 8th December 2024. With 20 personnel from each army, the exercise marks a significant step in defence cooperation.
Blending tradition with modernity, the contingents participated in a Joint Yoga Session and the Army Martial Arts Routine (AMAR), showcasing the importance of ancient practices in combat readiness. In addition, a joint firing exercise demonstrated tactical precision and operational synergy, while a display of new-generation equipment and weapons highlighted advancements in modern defence capabilities.
This planning-focused exercise wargames joint Counter-Terrorism (CT) operations under Chapter VII of the UN Charter. Discussions include intelligence, cyber warfare, logistics, and HADR operations, with contingents working towards enhanced interoperability and operational efficiency in peacekeeping missions.
CINBAX-I 2024 strengthens bilateral ties and showcases the growing partnership between India and Cambodia.
