Mumbai: The Rupee on Monday slipped 2 paise at 84.71 against USD on rising demand for US Dollar by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Forex Market said.
No major oscillation was seen during the day, as the local unit eased 3 paise at 84.72 in opening trade and closed at 84.71, sliding 2 paise as compared to its last close.
The Rupee recorded intra-highs and lows at 84.69 and 84.74 respectively, dealer added.
