Srinagar: In a landmark development aimed at strengthening legal representation and advocacy in the Kashmir Valley, the Kashmir Advocates Association (KAA) has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Members of the District Bar Kupwara. The MoU was signed by Adv. Waseem Gul, President of KAA, and members of District Bar Kupwara through Advocate Shafiq Ahmad Shah in the presence of key legal dignitaries.
