Srinagar: Amid heavy snowfall 80% flight operation at Srinagar Airport was cancelled on Saturday morning.

“Flights are being cancelled” amid Intense and continuous snowfall has led to the cancellation of 80% of flights at Srinagar Airport, according to the airport’s director, Javed Anjum. Speaking to JKNS news agency, Anjum confirmed the operational disruption, citing adverse weather conditions as the primary cause.

The snowfall has severely affected visibility and runway operations, leaving hundreds of passengers stranded. Authorities are closely monitoring the situation, but no immediate improvement in the weather has been reported. Travelers are advised to stay updated through official channels. (JKNS)
