Moscow: One person was killed and four others were injured in an explosion in a residential complex in northwestern Moscow, the emergency services told Sputnik on Monday.
Earlier in the day, the emergency services told Sputnik that three people were injured when an unidentified device exploded in the lobby of a building in the Scarlet Sails residential complex in northwestern Moscow.
“One person was killed and four were injured in an explosion in the lobby of a 29-story building in the Scarlet Sails residential complex on Aviatsionnaya Street,” the emergency services said.
