Jammu: The body of a woman was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Katra area of Jammu division on Tuesday.
Police sources told news agency JKNS that the body of a woman was found under suspicious circumstances near Raghunath temple in Katra.
The woman identified as Meenakshi Devi, daughter of Kuldeep Kumar, resident of Sul, Katra.
The local people informed the police, the woman was taken to Katra CHC where the doctor declared her dead.
Meanwhile police have taken cognizance and started investigation.—(JKNS)
