Karnah:  A special awareness capsule was conducted by Shakti Vijay Brigade to educate and empower youth about self-employment opportunities, financial assistance through various loan schemes for entrepreneurship, and skill development in futuristic technologies such as language automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML).

Given Tithwal’s recent recognition as a Battlefield Tourism destination, special emphasis was placed on opportunities in the tourism sector. Youth were encouraged to explore self-employment in homestays, restaurants, and adventure tourism, which can significantly boost local economic growth. Experts highlighted training programs in hospitality management, culinary skills, and eco-tourism to prepare individuals for sustainable careers in the rapidly growing tourism industry.
Participants were also made aware of various government and private sector loan schemes available for start-ups and small businesses, with guidance provided on eligibility, application processes, and financial planning for aspiring entrepreneurs.
A strong anti-drug awareness message was also delivered, urging youth to focus on self-development and avoid substance abuse. The session emphasized the dangers of drug addiction and the tactics of peddlers who target vulnerable individuals. Instead, youth were motivated to invest their time in career-building, skill development, and contributing to the local economy.

The event concluded with an interactive Q&A session where industry professionals and experts addressed queries regarding business development, tourism ventures, and personal growth strategies. The initiative was widely appreciated as a step towards empowering the youth with skills, employment avenues, and a drug-free future.
