Two carpenters injured after falling from height in Shopian

Srinagar: Two carpenters were injured after they fell down from a height during work in Turkwangam South Kashmir’s Shopian district.

An official told news agency JKNS that two carpenters received injuries when they fell down from a height in Turkwangam Shopian.

They have been identified as Asif Ahmad son of Gh Nabi Wani and Rayees Ahmad son of Jalaluddin Wani, both residents of Kakapora Pulwama.

He said that both were shifted to district hospital Pulwama from where Asif was referred to B&J hospital Srinagar for further treatment.

Meanwhile police have started an investigation in this regard.—(JKNS)
