Youth Injured After Attack With Sharp-Edged Weapon at Zero Bridge, Srinagar

Srinagar: An 18-year-old youth was injured after being attacked with a sharp-edged weapon near Zero Bridge in Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Tuesday evening.

An official told news agency JKNS that the 18-year-old injured youth a resident of Natipora Srinagar, was initially taken to Shifa Hospital and later referred to SMHS Hospital for further treatment.

The youth was attacked with a sharp-edged weapon, resulting in injuries to his neck and arm, he said.

He added that the case is being investigated and necessary action has been initiated. (JKNS)
