Waterfall at Reshipora Shiva Declared ‘No-Go Zone’ to Avert Mishaps

Baramulla, Jun 10 (JKNS): Acting on growing public concern over safety risks to visitors, the Tehsildar Zaingeer has issued an order declaring the entire area around the waterfall on Shiva Nallah at Reshipora Shiva a strict “No-Go Zone.”

Order issued by Tehsildar Zaingeer, a copy of which lies with news agency JKNS reads, As per the demands of the local population of Reshipora Shiva, regarding a waterfall near the Water Supply Source which can pose a threat to the public with increasing footfall.

Therefore in virtue of the powers vested in me under Section 163(1) BNSS, it is hereby ordered that the area in around the Waterfall at Reshipora Shiva, is hereby declared as No-Go Zone, it reads.

The above order shall be complied in letter and spirit by all the concerned, failing which shall invite strict action, reads the order.

Tehsildar Zaingair Bomai Zahid Rashid and Station House Officer Bomai Zia Ur Rehman are closely monitoring the situation around the Reshipora Shiva waterfall, which has been declared a No-Go Zone.

Anyone found violating the order will face strict legal action.

The administration has adopted a zero-tolerance policy towards anyone disobeying the No-Go Zone order. The authorities are working together to ensure public safety and prevent any untoward incidents.

Individuals found violating the order will be dealt with according to the law, and strict action will be taken against them.The authorities urge everyone to co-operate and respect the No-Go Zone declaration.

The administration is committed to maintaining law and order in the region-(JKNS)
