Srinagar: Senior IAS officer Baseer-ul-Haq Choudhary on Monday formally assumed charge as the new Mission Director of the National Health Mission (NHM), Jammu and Kashmir at the NHM Office, Old Secretariat, Srinagar.
The officer was given a warm welcome by the staff and officials of NHM, reflecting a strong sense of enthusiasm and support for his leadership.
Choudhary, a dynamic bureaucrat known for his administrative acumen, is expected to bring fresh energy and vision to the health mission in the Union Territory.
