Anantnag, June 29 (JKNS): A body was found under mysterious circumstances in an orchard at Akingam area of Achabal in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Sunday.
Police sources told news agency JKNS, locals spotted the body hanging and alerted the police.
A police team reached the spot soon after and started investigation into the matter. “The identity of the deceased is being ascertained,” sources said.
Cognizance has been taken and further investigation started. (JKNS)
