Eight Injured as Tempo Traveller Turns Turtle on Mughal Road in Shopian

Shopian, July 16 (JKNS): A major road accident occurred near the Padpawan area of Shopian along the Mughal Road on Wednesday, leaving several people injured.

Officials told news agency JKNS that a Tempo Traveller carrying passengers lost control, skidded off the mountainous road, and turned turtle, resulting in injuries to eight individuals.

All the injured were shifted to District Hospital Shopian, where they are currently receiving treatment, they said.

Authorities have taken cognizance of the incident, and investigation has been initiated to determine the exact cause of the mishap. (JKNS)
