NC President Dr Farooq Abdullah Admitted to Hospital, Recovering Well

Srinagar, Oct 4 (JKNS): Former chief minister of Jammu Kashmir and National Conference president Dr Farooq Abdullah was on Saturday admitted to a private hospital following health issues over the past few days.

Sources close to Dr Farooq told news agency JKNS that, Farooq developed an abdominal infection earlier this week, prompting his hospitalisation today.

“He had been unwell over the past few days, but his health is now showing signs of improvement.

He (Farooq) could be discharged anytime by tomorrow,” said a source close to Farooq Abdullah. (JKNS
