As part of the camp activities, cadets also visited an Artillery Unit, where they were briefed on the organization, role, and operational importance of artillery in modern warfare. They witnessed demonstrations of artillery guns and equipment, which greatly enhanced their understanding of firepower and coordination in the field.

The camp aimed to inculcate qualities of discipline, teamwork, leadership, and patriotism among the youth, while fostering respect for the armed forces and motivating them towards a life of service and responsibility. Interaction with serving Army personnel provided the cadets with inspiration and a deeper appreciation for the dedication and professionalism that define the Indian Army.

The cadets expressed their gratitude to the Indian Army and 2 J&K Battalion NCC, Jammu for organizing such a meaningful and enriching experience. The camp continues to be a cornerstone in shaping the character and leadership potential of the cadets, aligning with the NCC’s motto – “Unity and Discipline.” (JKNS)
