Srinagar, Nov 5 (JKNS): A major fire erupted in Old Fateh Kadal on Tuesday late night, destroying three residential houses and injuring a firefighter, officials said.
An official told news agency JKNS, the Babdem unit responded first, followed by teams from Shaheed Gunj, Habba Kadal, and Safa Kadal to control the blaze.
The firefighter sustained injuries while battling the blaze and was shifted to a nearby hospital.
Cognizance of the incident has been taken. (JKNS)
