Buland Aawaaz, Buland Iraade: Two-Day Youth Seminar Held at AGS Khanabal

Srinagar, Nov 21 (JKNS): A two-day youth seminar titled “Buland Aawaaz, Buland Iraade, Buland Mustaqbil, Kashmir ke Naujawanon se Mukalma” was organised on 18-19 November 2025 at Army Goodwill School, Khanabal by 1 RR (MAHAR) under 1 Sector Rashtriya Rifles.

The programme aimed to amplify youth voices, strengthen dialogue, and inspire a collective vision for a peaceful and progressive Kashmir.

The event brought together noted speakers who interacted with students on themes including pluralism, education, communal harmony, media literacy, socio-cultural change, women’s empowerment, and clarity on Article 370 and 35A.

According to organisers, each session encouraged critical thinking and open discussion, allowing young participants to freely share ideas about their roles as future leaders. A total of 280 participants attended, including 269 students along with teachers, professionals and community representatives.

The youth expressed aspirations in education, economic growth, culture and social unity, emphasising their desire to contribute to a harmonious and forward-looking Kashmir.

In his concluding remarks, Brig Maneesh Parthasarthy, VSM, Commander 1 Sector RR, said that Kashmiri youth form the foundation of the region’s “Buland Mustaqbil” a resilient, united and prosperous future. He urged them to lead with confidence and a commitment to peace.

The seminar concluded with active participation and a renewed resolve among youth to work collectively toward a brighter tomorrow. (JKNS)
