In south Kashmir, severe frost was reported, with Pahalgam and Konibal both settling at -3.5°C. Shopian remained the coldest place at -4.7°C, followed by Pulwama at -4.4°C and Bandipora at -3.2°C.

Other key stations also reeled under intense cold, with Qazigund at -2.3°C, Kupwara at -2.6°C, Kokernag at 0.8°C, and Gulmarg at 0.0°C.

In central Kashmir, Baramulla recorded -4.5°C, Ganderbal -1.1°C, and Sonamarg -3.2°C, indicating widespread freezing temperatures across the region.

Meanwhile, the Jammu division witnessed comparatively milder conditions. Jammu city settled at 10.1°C, while higher-altitude areas such as Kishtwar (4.2°C), Batote (4.5°C), Bhaderwah (0.5°C), and Banihal (-0.5°C) recorded colder nights.
