Karnah, Dec 1 (JKNS): The Civil Society Karnah organised an important and well-attended meeting during which a new body of the organization was formally constituted.

The gathering witnessed the active participation of a large number of youth as well as respected senior citizens from across Karnah, reflecting a strong collective commitment toward community welfare and social development.

Through a proper and transparent process, Mr. Pirzada S.D. Qureshi was re-elected as Chairman, reaffirming the community’s trust in his leadership. Mr. Mohammad Hamayoon Mir was elected as the Vice Chairman, while Mr. Raja Waqar was again elected as the General Secretary, recognising his continued dedication and service to the society.

Mr. Abdul Rasheed Lone has been appointed as the Chief Organiser of Civil Society Karnah, with an expanded role in strengthening coordination and outreach.

A significant number of youth joined the Civil Society during the meeting, bringing fresh energy and new ideas.

Many senior citizens were also assigned important portfolios in acknowledgment of their experience and longstanding contribution to the community.

Youth and elders have become an integral part of this society and will work together with unity and dedication for the betterment of Karnah.

The Civil Society Karnah extends its gratitude to all participants and looks forward to working collectively for the social, cultural, and developmental upliftment of the region.(JKNS)
