Srinagar, Dec 01 (JKNS): The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Monday conducted coordinated searches at nearly ten sites across Kashmir as part of its ongoing probe into the deadly Delhi blast case.
Officials sources told news agency JKNS that NIA teams carried out raids at the residences of several individuals, including Moulvi Irfan Ahmad Wagay, Dr. Adeel, Dr. Muzamil and Amir Rashid.
The search operations were launched in Nadigam area of Shopian and in Pulwama’s Koil, Chandgam, Malangpora and Samboora villages, they added.
Authorities said the raids are focused on securing digital and physical evidence potentially tied to what investigators suspect to be a “white-collar module” connected to the blast.
The agency has so far arrested six people in relation to the case. The November 10 high-intensity explosion near Delhi’s Red Fort claimed at least 15 lives and left many others injured.
Further developments are expected as the searches continue. (JKNS)
