Shopian, Jan 2 (JKNS): The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Friday carried out search operations in the Padpawan area of Shopian district in connection with the Delhi blast case.
Sources told news agency JKNS that the ninth accused in the case, Yasir Dar, was brought to the area and taken to a nearby forest stretch to facilitate searches linked to the ongoing investigation.
They said multiple NIA teams are engaged in coordinated search operations at several locations in and around Padpawan. The searches form part of efforts to gather further evidence in the case, they added.
Yasir Dar was arrested on December 18, 2025, by the NIA in connection with the Delhi bomb blast case. (JKNS)
