Srinagar, 04 January: Ehsaas Foundation organised a spiritually enriching Mehfil-e-Malood-e-Kaaba (علیہ سلام) at 21 Miles Cafe, Iqbal Park, on the auspicious occasion of the Wiladat of Maula-e-Qayinaat, Ameer-ul-Momineen Hazrat Ali ibn Abi Talib (علیہ سلام). The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from religious scholars, social activists, journalists, poets, and devotees.
The event was gracefully hosted by Musadiq Alam, who conducted the proceedings with warmth and decorum, ensuring a smooth and engaging flow throughout the Mehfil.
The Mehfil was graced by renowned personality Bashir Dada as the Chief Guest, while Riyaz Masroor, senior journalist associated with BBC, and Molana Hameed-ul-Nayeemi attended as Guests of Honour.
The programme commenced with a soulful Tilawat-e-Qur’an by Mohammad Hafiz Qur’an Shareef, followed by Naat Shareef recited by Sahil Fayaz. Manqabat in praise of Maula Ali (علیہ سلام) were beautifully presented by Mohammad Abbas, Mohsin Ali, and Ahmad Raza, deeply moving the audience and creating a spiritually charged atmosphere.
Addressing the gathering, Chief Guest Bashir Dada highlighted the timeless teachings of Hazrat Ali (A.S.), emphasizing justice, courage, knowledge, and compassion as guiding principles for humanity. He appreciated the efforts of Ehsaas Foundation in promoting spiritual and social awareness through such meaningful programmes.
Guest of Honour Riyaz Masroor spoke about the relevance of Hazrat Ali’s (علیہ سلام) life in today’s world, stressing truthfulness, integrity, and standing firm against injustice. Molana Hameed-ul-Nayeemi elaborated on the spiritual stature of Maula Ali (A.S.) and urged the youth to follow his path of wisdom, patience, and service to mankind.
Renowned poets Syed Abbas Jowhar, Suhail Ahmad (popularly known as Raja Sahib), Syed Ali Masroor, and Syed Mehdi Riza presented poetic tributes highlighting the virtues, bravery, and spiritual greatness of Maula-e-Qayinaat (علیہ سلام), adding literary depth and emotional resonance to the Mehfil.
In his inspiring address, Vice Chairman of Ehsaas Foundation, Burhan Nazir, stated that Hazrat Ali (علیہ سلام) is not only a symbol of bravery but also an embodiment of knowledge, humility, and social justice. He reiterated that Ehsaas Foundation remains committed to spreading the message of humanity, unity, and compassion, inspired by the teachings of Ahl-e-Bait (علیہ سلام).
On the occasion, the Vice Chairman extended heartfelt thanks to Media Line Advertising Agency for their support as the printing partner, and acknowledged Lieu D’Amour, ARSH Coaching Institute, Blueberry Holidays, and Kashmir Bulletin for their cooperation as supporting partners. The Mehfil concluded with collective prayers for peace, harmony, and prosperity, leaving the audience spiritually uplifted. Participants lauded Ehsaas Foundation for organising such a dignified and purposeful event at 21 Miles Cafe, Iqbal Park, to commemorate the blessed Wiladat of Maula-e-Qayinaat Hazrat Ali (علیہ سلام).
