Jammu, Jan 11 (JKNS): The Directorate of School Education Jammu on Sunday said that the winter vacation for schools falling under the summer zones of the Jammu Division has been extended till January 14, 2026.
Director School Education Jammu Naseem Javed Choudhary confirmed to the news agency JKNS that the extension has been granted on the directions of the Education Minister.
Officials said the decision was taken keeping in view the prevailing weather conditions and related factors affecting normal functioning of educational institutions. (JKNS)
