Srinagar, Jan 13 (JKNS): In a major crackdown, the Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has terminated the services of five government employees for their alleged links with terrorist activities, official sources said on Tuesday.
Official sources told news agency JKNS, those dismissed include Mohd Ishfaq, a teacher; Tariq Ahmad Shah, a laboratory technician; Bashir Ahmad Mir, an assistant lineman; Farooq Ahmad Bhat, a field worker in the Forest Department; and Mohd Yousuf, a driver in the Health Department.
The action has been taken following inputs regarding their involvement or association with terror-related activities, sources said.
