AIKS Delegation Meets MoS PMO, Submits Memorandum on 36th Exodus Day

New Delhi, Jan 19 (JKNS): A delegation of the All India Kashmiri Samaj (AIKS) Regd., led by its President Ravinder Pandita, called on Dr. Jitendra Singh, Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), in New Delhi on Monday.

During the meeting, the AIKS President handed over a memorandum addressed to the Hon’ble Prime Minister on the eve of the 36th Exodus Day, highlighting the demands and continued plight of Kashmiri Pandits who were forced to leave their homes and hearths in 1990.

On the occasion, a special issue of NAAD, brought out by AIKS on the eve of Exodus Day, was also released by the Hon’ble Minister.

The delegation included Kusum Shishoo from the Women’s Wing, Ajay Thussu and Shrawan Pandita, besides the AIKS President. (JKNS)
