Kishtwar, Jan 31 (JKNS): An encounter between security forces and terrorists is underway in the Dolgam area of Kishtwar district on Saturday.
In a post on X, Indian Army as per news agency JKNS wrote, contact with terrorists was re-established in the early hours of January 31 during the ongoing joint Operation TRASHI-I.
White Knight Corps of Indian Army further wrote, that troops of the Indian Army, Jammu and Kashmir Police and the CRPF, acting on specific and coordinated intelligence inputs from multiple agencies, established a cordon in the area and launched the operation.
“A cordon has been established and operations are in progress,” the Army said. (JKNS)
