New Delhi, Feb 1 (JKNS): Ahead of the presentation of the Union Budget, Union Minister for Finance and Corporate Affairs Nirmala Sitharaman on Sunday met President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
According to news agency JKNS, the Finance Minister was accompanied by Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary along with senior officials of the Ministry of Finance.
During the meeting, President Murmu conveyed her best wishes to the Finance Minister and the entire team for the successful presentation of the Union Budget.
The customary interaction takes place prior to the tabling of the Union Budget in Parliament. (JKNS)
