Jammu, Feb 6 (JKNS): Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah has said that, he has arrived in Jammu on a two-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir, during which he will review security and development-related works in the Union Territory.
In a post on X, as per news agency JKNS, HM Shah said that during his visit he will inspect the Gurnam and Bobiya Border Out Posts (BOPs) located along the international border and also dedicate several welfare schemes for the benefit of security personnel.
The Home Minister further said that he will have the privilege of meeting the families of martyrs who laid down their supreme sacrifice for the nation and will hand over appointment letters to their kin as part of the government’s commitment to their welfare and rehabilitation. (JKNS)
