New Delhi, Feb 11 (JKNS): The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has cleared the proposal for continuation of two IAS officers on inter-cadre deputation to the AGMUT Cadre (Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir), as per official communications issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions.
In two separate orders, a copy of which lies with news agency JKNS, issued by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC), reads, The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Department of Personnel & Training for extension of inter cadre deputation tenure of Shri Athar Aamir UI Shafi Khan, IAS (RJ:2016) from Rajasthan Cadre to AGMUT Cadre (Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir) for a period of one year beyond 15.02.2026, in relaxation of the extant policy.
In an another order which reads, The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of Department of Personnel & Training for extension of Inter cadre deputation tenure of Shri Basharat Qayoom, IAS (JH:2016) from Jharkhand Cadre to AGMUT Cadre (Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir) for a period of one year beyond 23.02.2026, in relaxation of the extant policy.
