Kupwara, Feb 14 (JKNS): Despite heavy snowfall and biting cold, the spirit of remembrance shone brightly today in Kundian village, near Keran, where young children carried the flame of patriotism door to door to honour the martyrs of Pulwama.
With innocent voices and moist eyes, the children offered flowers and raised emotional slogans, vowing that the nation will remember its heroes as long as the sun and moon endure.
The programme was observed as a solemn solidarity day with active participation from civil society members and MS Khatana Enterprises, reflecting collective respect and unity.
Despite extreme weather conditions, the people stood shoulder to shoulder, proving that gratitude knows no hardship.
This heartfelt tribute reaffirmed India’s unbreakable spirit, sending a powerful message that neither snow nor adversity can dim the memory of those who laid down their lives for the nation. (JKNS)
