Srinagar, Mar 15 (JKNS): Khwaja Farooq Renzushah on Sunday honored the Chaharum (fourth-day) ceremonies of two esteemed Tasawuf figures, Jenab Abdul Ahad and Jenab Abdullah Tarbali, in Shahar Khass.
As a prominent figure within Kashmir’s Tasawuf Hanafi Atiqaad spiritual community, he not only attended but actively participated in their memorial ceremonies at their respective gravesites.
At a somber gathering in the Waniyara Community Hall Safa Kadal Eidgah area held in memory of Jenab Abdul Ahad Bhat, Khwaja Farooq Renzushah high lighted celebrated Bhat’s profound contributions to strengthening Aitqaad (faith) in Kashmir.
He highlighted Bhat’s unwavering dedication and enthusiasm, especially during the restoration of the revered Bulbulshah shrine from 2003 to 2013. The event was attended by a substantial number of close associates and admirers of Jenab Abdul Ahad Bhat.
In a similar vein, while addressing attendees at the Jamia Mosque Tarabal, near the revered Tarabal Shrine, Khwaja Farooq Renzushah expressed his sorrow over the passing of the esteemed writer and scholar, Jenab Mohammad Abdullah Tarbali. Recognized for his high-caliber works, Tarbali was celebrated as a distinguished Qutub (spiritual leader). He was honored with a prestigious award during the annual Kashmir Society and Tahreek e Dawat e Tasawuf conference at Hazrat Zinda Shah Stadium three years ago, presented by Dr. Khwaja Farooq Renzushah and the Divisional Commissioner of Kashmir.
In his address, Khwaja Farooq Renzushah urged his followers to establish a foundation in memory of Mohammad Abdullah Tarbali, envisioning it as a vital spiritual unit for the Kashmir community, ensuring the enduring legacy of these remarkable personalities. (JKNS)
