Zainapora, Mar 16 (JKNS): Sub-Divisional Magistrate Zainapora, Bilal Ahmad, on Sunday visited Chitragam to felicitate Amir Hassan Aamir for successfully qualifying the prestigious Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) examination, terming his achievement an inspiration for the youth of the region.
