Srinagar, Mar 23 (JKNS): Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Monday said that General Upendra Dwivedi called on him at his Bhopal residence, where discussions were held on motivating youth to join the Indian Army.
In a post on X, as per news agency JKNS, the Chief Minister said that Army Day celebrations next year will be held in a grand manner in Bhopal, with a major parade scheduled on January 15.
He said the event will be attended by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, and will reflect the country’s rich military heritage while strengthening respect for armed forces personnel.
The Chief Minister further informed that a series of programmes will commence from January 9, including Shaurya Sandhya, military exhibitions, and live demonstrations, showcasing the strength and capabilities of the Indian Army. (JKNS)
