Jammu, Mar 26 (JKNS): A woman assistant professor lost her life while her husband sustained injuries in a road accident in Kallar area of Rajouri district on Thursday.
Official sources told news agency JKNS that a Maruti Swift car met with an accident in the area during the morning hours. In the incident, Dr. Tabassum Naz, posted as Assistant Professor at Degree College Poonch, died on the spot, while her husband suffered multiple injuries.
He was immediately shifted to Government Medical College Rajouri for treatment, while police have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated further proceedings. (JKNS)
