Karnah(JKNS), Jammu & Kashmir: A comprehensive Medical and Dental (Oral Health) Camp was successfully organized today by the Indian Army in Gabra village, one of the most densely populated areas of Karnah. The initiative aimed at providing accessible healthcare services to residents in this remote border region.

The camp witnessed an encouraging turnout, with more than 150 patients availing the facilities. People from all age groups, including children, youth, elderly individuals, and women, participated actively and received medical attention.

A team of qualified doctors and healthcare staff conducted general health check-ups along with specialized dental examinations. Patients were provided with free consultation, diagnosis, and necessary medicines. Dental care services, including oral hygiene awareness and treatment for common dental issues were also offered on-site.

Residents expressed their gratitude towards the Indian Army for organizing such a meaningful and much-needed healthcare camp. Many appreciated the effort, stating that such initiatives greatly benefit the local population, especially in areas where access to medical facilities is limited.

The camp not only addressed immediate health concerns but also spread awareness about preventive healthcare and hygiene among the villagers.

Overall, the initiative proved to be a significant step towards community welfare, strengthening the bond between the Indian Army and the local population of Karnah.(JKNS)
