Shreya Singhal given additional charge of Director Information as J&K Govt Reshuffles IAS, JKAS Officers

Srinagar, Mar 30 (JKNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Monday carried out a reshuffle of IAS and JKAS officers, ordering multiple transfers and postings across departments with immediate effect.

As per an official order issued by the General Administration Department a copy of which lies with news agency JKNS, several important portfolios including Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Agriculture Production, and Information have been reassigned to new officers.

According to news agency JKNS, Nazim Zai Khan has been posted as Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Kashmir, while Sagar Doifode Dattatray has been appointed as Special Secretary in the Agriculture Production Department with additional charge of key programmes including HADP and JKCIP.

Meanwhile, Shreya Singhal will hold the additional charge of Director Information, J&K from April 1, and Amit Gupta has been posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Pahalgam. In another move, Rajesh Kumar Shavan has been appointed Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Jammu.

The order, issued by Commissioner/Secretary to the Government M. Raju, also includes withdrawal of additional charges and further adjustments of officers. (JKNS)
