Srinagar, Apr 3 (JKNS): Bhartiya Janta Party Media Incharge Kashmir, Adv Sajid Yousuf Shah on Friday welcomed the decision to initiate a magisterial inquiry into the concerns raised by the family of the individual killed in the Arhama Ganderbal encounter.

In a statement as per news agency JKNS, he termed the move as a constructive and necessary step, emphasizing that the inquiry must be conducted in a fair, transparent and time-bound manner.

He said that ensuring accountability and upholding justice will strengthen public trust and reaffirm confidence in due process. (JKNS)
