Indian Mission in Tehran Advises Nationals to Leave Iran Promptly

Srinagar, Apr 8 (JKNS): The Embassy of India in Tehran on Wednesday issued a fresh advisory asking Indian citizens present in Iran to exit the country at the earliest amid the evolving situation.

According to the advisory dated April 8, the Embassy, as per news agency JKNS, said that in continuation of its April 7 notice and considering recent developments, all Indian nationals still in Iran are strongly urged to leave the country in coordination with the mission and through routes suggested by it.

The advisory further reiterated that no individual should attempt to reach any international land border without prior consultation and coordination with the Embassy.
