Srinagar, May 2 (JKNS): A 16-year-old girl, was found dead under mysterious circumstances on Saturday while staying at her maternal grandfather’s residence in Zewan Panthachowk, officials said.
Official sources told news agency JKNS that the girl suddenly fell unconscious at the house, following which she was rushed to Pampore Hospital for treatment. However, doctors declared her brought dead on arrival.
The cause of death is yet to be ascertained, and authorities have initiated proceedings to determine the circumstances leading to the incident.
