Karnah, May 11 (JKNS): In a moment of pride and inspiration for the entire Karnah region, the Commander of the Shakti Vijay Brigade felicitated Mr. Ubaid ur Rehman, a bright and talented student of Army Goodwill School (AGS) Hajinar, for his remarkable academic accomplishments and selection to the prestigious Young Technology Scholar (YTS+) Summer Program 2026 being held at Plaksha University.
During the felicitation ceremony, the Commander congratulated Ubaid for securing admission to the highly competitive “Robotics in Action” track under the YTS+ Program, a nationally recognised initiative aimed at nurturing innovation, scientific thinking, and technological excellence among young students across the country.
Adding to the significance of his achievement, Ubaid has also been awarded a 100 percent scholarship under the aegis of the Bharti Airtel Foundation, reflecting his outstanding merit and academic potential.
The Commander lauded Ubaid’s dedication, discipline, and passion for science and technology, stating that such achievements by students from remote border areas like Karnah are a source of immense pride and encouragement for the entire community.

On the occasion, the Commander also extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Mr. Ubaid ur Rehman on being shortlisted for the prestigious International Astronomy and Astrophysics Competition 2026.
