Srinagar, May 14 (JKNS): An unidentified male dead body in a decomposed condition was recovered from the upper forest area of Takia Sangreshi Khimber in Srinagar on Thursday, officials said.
An official told news agency JKNS, that the body was recovered by Police Post Zakura, following which inquest proceedings under relevant sections. The identity of the deceased is yet to be established.
The body has been shifted to PCR Srinagar for postmortem and preservation till identification.
