New Delhi, May 19 (JKNS): Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday paid tribute to Vietnam’s founding father Ho Chi Minh on his 136th birth anniversary during his visit to Vietnam.
In a post on X, as per news agency JKNS, DM Rajnath Singh said he paid homage to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum and remembered his contribution towards national liberation and global solidarity.
“Paid homage to the founding father of Vietnam, President Ho Chi Minh, at Mausoleum on his 136th birth anniversary,” Singh wrote.
He further stated that Ho Chi Minh’s “vision, leadership and enduring commitment to national liberation and global solidarity continue to inspire generations.”
The Defence Minister also reaffirmed the strong ties between India and Vietnam, saying that the friendship between the two nations remains rooted in shared values and mutual respect. (JKNS)
