Handwara, May 20 (JKNS): In a major crackdown against drug-related activities under the ongoing Nasha Mukt J&K Abhiyan, Handwara Police has secured cancellation of 14 driving licences and two vehicle registration certificates (RCs) belonging to individuals involved in NDPS cases across Police District Handwara.

 

As per news agency JKNS, Police, under the ongoing Nasha Mukt J&K Abhiyan, has intensified its crackdown against drug-related activities by securing the cancellation of 14 driving licences and 2 vehicle registration certificates (RCs) of individuals involved in NDPS cases across Police District Handwara.

 

This firm administrative action reflects the zero-tolerance policy of Handwara Police towards drug trafficking and substance abuse.

 

The initiative aims to deter individuals involved in narcotics by ensuring strict legal as well as administrative consequences.

 

Handwara Police reiterated its commitment to building a drug-free society and appealed to the public to cooperate by sharing any information related to drug peddling or substance abuse. (JKNS)
