J&K Kudo Association Wins 24 Medals at 4th Kudo National Championship Cup 2026

Srinagar, May 22 (JKNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Kudo Association delivered an impressive performance at the 4th Kudo National Championship Cup 2026 held in Pune from May 16 to May 21, securing a total of 24 medals in the prestigious national-level event.

A 50-member contingent from Jammu and Kashmir represented the Union Territory in the championship and showcased remarkable dedication, discipline and sportsmanship throughout the competition.

The J&K team won 5 gold medals, 8 silver medals and 11 bronze medals, bringing laurels to the Union Territory with their outstanding performances.

Officials of the association said the achievement reflects the hard work and commitment of the players, coaches and support staff who trained rigorously for the championship.

The J&K Kudo Association congratulated all medal winners and participants for their success and wished them continued achievements in upcoming national and international events.

The association also expressed gratitude to the Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council for its continuous support and encouragement towards the promotion of sports and welfare of young athletes across the Union Territory. (JKNS)
