Qazigund, Jun 22 (JKNS): An elderly man lost his life after being hit by a vehicle near Qazigund area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Monday evening, officials said.
Reports reaching news agency JKNS that the deceased has been identified as Gull Mohammad, a resident of Y.K. Pora, Qazigund.
They said the elderly man sustained critical injuries after being struck by a vehicle and succumbed to his injuries.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated further proceedings. (JKNS)
