Srinagar, Aug 14 (JKNS): A 65-year-old man died after being hit by an unidentified truck at Wuyan Khrew area of Pampore Pulwama district, officials said.
Officials told news agency JKNS, that the deceased has been identified as Mushtaq Ahmed Bhat, son of Suna Ullah, resident of Wuyan Khrew.
Deceased was hit by an unknown truck at Wuyan Khrew.
He was initially shifted to SDH Pampore in critical condition and was later referred to SMHS Hospital, Srinagar, where doctors declared him brought dead.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident and further investigation is underway. (JKNS)
