Padshahi Canal restored for water Supply in Wayil Ganderbal

SULIMAN SEITH : Ganderbal (Wayil) 14 April:The blocking of Padshahi canal in Wayil due to widening of Upper-Wayil road, which caters around five blocks of agricultural land in Ganderbal and Srinagar Districts.
The farmers yesterday demanded immediate restoration of agriculture canal for smooth farming activities.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal Shafqat Iqbal said, we directed of concerned officials to restore water supply to farms for agriculture activities
Qazi Firdous Hussain told that the Water has been restoredb in Padshahi canal within no time for smooth farming activities.
Meanwhile Farmers thanks to Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal Shafqat Iqbal and Contractor Qazi Firdous for immediate action and restored water supply on Padshahi Canal.
