Budgam, Sep 16 (JKNS): A man was found dead near the Ring Road in the Dharmunah area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Wednesday.
Officials told news agency JKNS that the deceased has been identified as Arif Ahmad Bhat, son of Farooq Ahmad Bhat, a resident of Gotapora Narbal, Budgam.
Police reached the spot after receiving information and took cognizance of the incident.
The circumstances surrounding the death were not immediately known.
