Man Injured in Wild Bear Attack in Aishmuqam

Anantnag, Sep 17 (JKNS): A 45-year-old man was injured after being attacked by a bear in the Charward Gadool area of Tehsil Kokernag in Anantnag district on Thursday.

Officials told news agency JKNS that, the injured has been identified as Fayaz Ahmed Khan, son of late Abdul Rehman Khan, a resident of Charward, Kokernag.

Following the attack, he was shifted to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Kokernag for medical treatment.

Further details regarding the incident are awaited. (JKNS)
